Thank you for supporting me

We got back yesterday after a wonderful few days on the Bibbulmun Track! It was a privilege to be part of leading the group and to see us meet our $10k target (we’ve promises for the final hundreds) 

We had 12 walkers from 6 churches across Perth and Esperance join us, enjoying fellowship, sharing stories and hearing testimonies of the impact of Bible Society's work. 

There was rain, hills and a few ticks (on me!) amongst lovely sunsets, wonderful community and privileged reflection time. 

A few encouraging updates from the projects you helped us support.

• Bibles in Schools: We heard about, Carmen a CRE teacher in primary school who was almost brought to tears when a young girl clutched a Bible to her chest and exclaimed that it was the first time she had ever held one!
• Auslan Bible Translation: We learnt work is beginning on the final story in a series of 12 children's Bible stories about Jesus.
• Noongar Bible Translation: just last week new audio recordings were completed, and three children's books are almost ready for printing.
